Automotive Service Advisor

In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, create work orders on behalf of the client, provide knowledgeable, fair and sound advice about the required service(s) and or repair necessary to provide a safe vehicle for our clients.

Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Prompt greeting of customers that come into the Service Department 
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience 
  • Overseeing the service & repair process for your client from beginning to end 
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and the technician 
  • Provide effective communication with clients over the phone and in person 
  • Provide effective communication among other service advisors, technical team and management 
  • Conduct the walk around process on every vehicle 
  • Create service repair orders to facilitate the repair and maintenance of customer’s vehicles 
  • Create service repair orders for warranty related concerns, follow Hyundai warranty guidelines for completion of work and process paperwork  
  • Review vehicle history to identify servicing/repair needs and advise client appropriately 
  • Maximizing revenue per work order while maintaining a high customer CSI/NPS rating 
  • Assist with distribution of repair work into the shop 

About you:

  • Must have 2+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor 
  • Understanding of “exceptional” customer service 
  • Experience with DMS software (Serti operating system preferred) 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must be able to work weekends
